Do you need a refill for the medications we prescribed for your pet?

Please contact us at (604) 549-4944 or bcanimaleyes.reception@vca.com with the following information: your name, your pet’s, name, your phone number, the medication you need to have refilled, how often you apply the medication to which eye and which pharmacy (name, phone or fax number) you would prefer us to send the prescription to.

Please keep in mind that we can only legally refill a prescription for a patient if we have created a doctor/patient relationship and the last appointment was less than one year ago. Our goal is to process your request within 24 hours. If we receive the request after business hours or on the weekend, we’ll process the request on the next business day.

If you like to pick up the medication at our clinic, please call 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we may not be able to fill the prescription when you arrive.
